Ce roman relate l&rsquo;histoire de trois femmes aux destin\u00e9es tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes, et vivant en Inde, en Sicile et au Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Le roman s\u2019est arrach\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger avant m\u00eame sa sortie et avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu \u00e0 17 pays. Il conna\u00eet rapidement le succ\u00e8s en France \u00e9galement : il est tir\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 54 000 exemplaires en deux semaines, se vend \u00e0 plus de 150 000 exemplaires en deux mois, et en juin 2019 il compte un million d&rsquo;exemplaires vendus, grand format et poche confondus. Le roman est traduit dans 40 langues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Il remporte plus d&rsquo;une vingtaine de prix litt\u00e9raires en France et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, dont le 40\u00b0 Prix Relay des Voyageurs Lecteurs, le Troph\u00e9e litt\u00e9raire 2017 des Femmes de l&rsquo;\u00c9conomie et le Globe de Cristal 2018 du premier roman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;album pour enfant \u00ab\u00a0La tresse ou le voyage de Lalita\u00a0\u00bb, adapt\u00e9 du roman, est paru en novembre 2018. J\u2019ai \u00e9crit ce spectacle en restant le plus pr\u00e8s possible du texte, et en respectant la construction du roman. Je savais que Val\u00e9ry Rodriguez, le metteur en sc\u00e8ne avec qui j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 sur mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents spectacles, saurait me guider avec justesse vers la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Nous avons imagin\u00e9 un spectacle sobre, \u00e9pur\u00e9, o\u00f9 chaque personnage \u00e9volue dans une lumi\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00bb Helene Arden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La
